I would not recommend using this lawyer!
Me and a friend tried doing a power of attorney for my father who has part dementia through this lawyer and he told us we just need a doctor.for the courts. I insisted that this needs to be a psychiatrist but he dismissed what I told him on our first meeting.
He said he would come and visit my father with his friend doctor and said it would be free if the attending doctor found he was not mentally fit after he called several times.
He assured me in his office, that if my father was to recognise me that the doctor would pass him as OK which I began to feel very uncomfortable about..
He made a time for us to meet at the hospital but he then changed his mind after calling my father's doctor and cancelled our meeting with him his doctor and my father.
I did not intend to call this lawyer after our first meeting, but then he called me to move forward with doing the power of attorney.
